How long does it take to setup my account?
Kambee accounts are usually activated instantly after payment, sometimes however we need to manually verify orders which may take up to 24hours - usually a lot sooner! If you require activation urgently please email or call us and we will endevour to assist.
Do I need to install any software?
No! Kambee is a completely hosted solution, after ordering we will set you up with a login and password which you can then use to login to the management area and create your surveys. Each survey will have it's own link which you can provide to your customers,display on your web site or email out.
How much does Kambee cost?
We try our best to make our solutions affordable to organizations both large and small. We offer two pricing plans, one which is limited to 15 surveys over the duration of your membership (12 months) and another which is unlimited. Please see our order page for current pricing details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal and Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard).
